Espion are recruiting a Cyber Security Researcher to operate a green field build out of a commercial/research Cyber Lab.

Main Responsibilities:

·         Physical build and maintenance of SCADA-typical devices to test certain security attributes of candidate devices

·         Research and construct test cases across industries

·         Maintain testing database

·         Build testing result repository

·         Work in conjunction with strategic standards partner in the development and publication of cyber testing standards

·         Develop workflow and testing procedures

·         Develop and ratify Cyber Lab Standard Operating Procedures

·         Participate in International symposiums and working groups on Cyber Lab operations 

Candidates will have the majority of the following:

·         Substantive and wide-ranging experience of SCADA automation systems/protocols and industries.

·         Experience with physical security systems (e.g. access control, identity card solutions,biometrics systems)

·         Experience of executing research-based projects

·         Existing R&D background

·         Ability to present and articulate findings

·         Ability to work to predefined time and budget schedules

·         Ability to work effectively with other team members
