Customer Support Representative
EazySafe is a dynamic and vibrant ELearning Company that is at an exciting growth phase. We currently have an excellent opportunity for an innovative and passionate Customer Support Representative to join our team.
The Ideal candidate will have good computer skills coupled with experience of customer support.
Your main responsibilities will include:
1. Technical support by email and telephone in French and English
2. Troubleshooting technical issues with the customer
3. Ability to bring new ideas and concepts to the table
Your skills and experience will include:
1. Previous experience in a customer or technical support role
2. Good problem solving skills
3. Proven ability to work on own initiative
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
5. Experience of using databases or data entry
Skills and experience while not required are a distinct advantage include:
1. Experience of supporting Internet applications
2. Previous experience within a SaaS/cloud product company
3. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, or XML
4. Working knowledge of graphics software such as In-Design, Photoshop, Illustrator
5. Working knowledge of flash animation
