The role: a full-time position joining a team of existing IT engineers supporting numerous clients in Mayo and the West of Ireland. 

The role will involve both remote support and on-site support up to Level 3 and can be expected to be varied every day! 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for new implementations, larger client upgrades, develop new product offerings and to help, support and develop existing engineers. The candidate must have excellent communication skills, be highly organised, conscientious and motivated to get the job done.

Experience: Minimum 2+ years relevant experience.

Skills Preferred:

· Microsoft Certification.

· Excellent documentation skills & attention to detail.

· Ability to lead projects.

· Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Desktop Technologies & core business applications.

· Windows Server 2008-2012.

· Server, Laptop , PC, Printer hardware and software troubleshooting.

· Support of Microsoft Exchange, SQL, Sharepoint, AD etc.

· Implementation and maintenance of virtualised environments.

· Backups & Disaster Recovery.

· Networking including routers and firewall configuration.

· Driving Licence.
