The Company is a leading provider of Business systems software to the SME market in Ireland the UK and Europe. Their products are Accounting/ERP and CRM software Systems. They have experienced an increase in business which now requires the hiring of additional key personnel including the role of Implementation Consultant based in Dublin. The Implementation Consultant will be responsible for a number of projects from initial scoping to final hand off. Duties will include Scoping, Planning and Managing each project. Designing and Specifying each projects requirements and enhancements. Effectively communicating those requirements to the development teams. Chairing both team and Client meetings. Managing the training needs of each customer and acting as ongoing liaison between the company and clients. The role is based in Dublin and will occasionally require travel to client sites. We would like to meet candidates with at least three years experience of Business Software Implementation with a strong accounting systems background. You will have had previous experience of managing a full Business Software, Accounting/ERP implementation and have excellent client skills. Exposure to SAP Business One or Similar product implementation experience would be great.
