Technical Support IT Engineers L1 and L2 - North Dublin
Our client which is an established IT Services MSP and Microsoft Partner who are based in North Dublin.
They are currently expanding due to attaining new clients, therefore they need to hire Technical Support IT Engineers.
There are two positions available Helpdesk IT Support Level 1 and a more senior Technical Support IT Engineer Level 2
This client will give you good variety on your work with strong exposure to Microsoft Products and interesting IT projects for the Level 2 Engineers
You must be living in Dublin or close to North Dublin, so alternatively not too far into Co Meath or Louth and be willing to work in the office 3 days per week with 2 days per week after probation.
For the Level 1 Helpdesk IT Support role, you will need about 3 years hands-on technical support experience on Microsoft products.
For the more senior Technical Support Level 2 IT Engineer, you will need about 5 years hands-on technical support experience with strong experience on Microsoft products.
Key skills:
- At least 3 - 5+ years IT Technical Support or Helpdesk within a Microsoft environment.
- Active Directory
- Office 365 Administration
- Windows 10/11
- Server 2012+
- Group Policy management
- Office 365 Applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams, OneDrive, etc)
- Office 365 Administration (AAD, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive)
- Azure knowledge is a bonus, however you can learn Azure on the job
- Good diagnostic and investigative questioning experience
- Great communication skills & good business smarts
The client will encourage, help and mentor you to achieve your Microsoft Certifications.
