Responsibilities:
As an IT Helpdesk Technical Support Engineer you will be a crucial part of our dedicated team, providing Level 1 Phone and Remote Support on the helpdesk.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to user inquiries and resolving technical issues through phone and remote support.
- Leveraging your expertise in Active Directory, Office 365 Administration, Windows, and PC Support.
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 3-4 years of proven experience in IT Technical Support.
- Strong skills and experience in Active Directory, Office 365 Administration, Windows, and PC Support.
- Excellent English language proficiency and outstanding communication skills.
- Current residence in Ireland with legal authorization to work and the appropriate visa.
