Director of Cyber Security and Digital Transformation Location: Dublin (Hybrid) Salary: €140k plus bonus, healthcare, shares and much more I'm working with a well-renowned, multinational firm based in Dublin to hire a Director of Cyber Security and Transformation. This is a diversified position based within the overall IT department, where you will oversee the Cyber Security and Cloud transformation programs. You will work alongside the CIO in leading the technology strategy and infrastructure transformation roadmap. You will have experience in managing both internal teams and external managed security suppliers. Duties: Driving the ongoing transformation of the firm's ICT landscape Continuously developing and improving the Cyber Security program and strategy Leading IT security operations, project managers and enterprise architects Monitoring all project performances and controls in order to minimise risk Leading business negotiations and reviewing budgets with managementRequirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cyber Security, Information Security or a relevant field A minimum of seven years' experience in IT and Cyber Security Proven experience of leading a Cyber Security programme within a successful organisation Strong understanding of supporting Cloud initiatives (e.g. Azure) An understanding of ITIL, ISO 27001 and COBIT frameworks Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements, such as GDPR Industry certifications such as CISM, CISA and CISSP are desirable Experience of working with security controls in 1+ domain (Network Security, Cloud Security, Application Security, Vulnerability Management etc) Strong leadership and people management skillsIf you're interested in this position, apply through the link provided or send your CV to (url removed) Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business
