They are looking for an EA with a greater lean towards business architecture and alignment with strategy than someone more technically focused. Required Skills / Competencies: Proven leadership, preferably in a large-scale, enterprise environment. Ability to architect complex frameworks collaborating with other senior key stakeholders, in line with the companies vision and goals. Exposure to modern architectural frameworks. Previous experience working across all stages of the application development lifecycle is beneficial. Ability to innovate and transform new industry trends into secure, scalable, highly available solutions which will positively impact the wider business. Experience working with AWS is advantageous.
