QA Manager - Dublin, €100,000 - €110,000, Hybrid Come work with one of highly reputable clients based in Dublin who are looking for a QA Manager to join their team. You will be responsible for a mid-size team of QA Engineers, with a direct focus on Quality processes. The successful candidate should have a direct focus on people management, quality focused, quality orientated and a team player. Role & Responsibilities: Drive quality initiatives within the product domain ensuring seamless transition. Manage day to day activities for QA team including managerial and people management. Attend daily stand up meetings with Senior members of the business. Analysis of current quality metrics. Analysis of quality testing issues and implementing improvement plans.Skills & Experience: Degree in Computer Science or equivalent. 7+ years of experience in a QA Managerial role. People management experience is a must. Quality first focus. Understanding of the overall SDLC. Excellent technical skills of testing methods.Salary & Remuneration Package: €100,000 - €110,000 per annum. 26 days' holiday. Hybrid work. Healthcare.
