Working with a leading Bank in Dublin who have a need for a Linux Systems Admin to join the team
on a long term contract. Strong rates available. Some visits to the office

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Linux System Administrator.
- Proficiency in Linux (CentOS, Red Hat) and Solaris (Oracle Solaris) administration.
- Strong knowledge of system security best practices.
- Scripting and automation skills.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware)
- Relevant experience in the installation, monitoring, and troubleshooting of specific hardware and software technologies. Perform network (LAN/WAN) and systems administration functions including installation, management, and maintenance of hardware (I.e., servers, bridges, routers) and software components (i.e., gateways, LAN manager, network operating systems) * Works under direction of team leader, project manager, or senior technical person.
