itContracting are currently seeking applicants for a HR Generalist. This is a permanent position located with our client based in the Southeast. Hybrid working structure.

Responsibilities:

- Recruitment and onboarding of new staff
- Developing HR strategies, policies, and practices.
- Implementing and maintaining HR processes.
- Overseeing the training, development, and career paths of employees.
- Evaluating staffing needs (to balance with overtime and freelance spend).
- Assisting senior management with performance management.
- Structuring compensation and benefit packages.

Requirements

- Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years experience in a HR position 
- Proactive nature.
- Strong leadership skills with ability to work on own initiative.
- Excellent communication and Problem-solving skills.
- Great analytical skills.
- The ideal candidate will be highly organised with meticulous attention to detail.
