Our Dublin-based client has an immediate need or an Oracle Data Engineer to join their team as a contractor. This will likely extend. This is an experienced hire; candidates must have 5+ years of experience and based in Ireland.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 

- Design and implement data solutions using Oracle databases and related technologies.
- Create Data Models, Data Warehousing Models
- Develop ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into Oracle databases.
- Optimize and maintain database performance, ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor and manage data pipelines, schedules, and workflows.
- Implement data security and access controls to protect sensitive information.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in data engineering.

 
Qualifications:
 

- 5+ Year experience as a Data Engineer
- Strong experience working with Oracle Databases and OBI
- MS Azure experience would be nice to have but not essential.
