Desktop Support Lead Contract €240/day+ Dublin Hybrid We are currently seeking an experienced Desktop Support Lead to join our client on a contract basis. As the Desktop Support Lead, your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage our Desktop Support team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service and technical support to our internal users. Key Responsibilities: Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to a team of Desktop Support analysts, ensuring the provision of high-quality services. Ensure timely and efficient resolution of logged incidents and service requests, exceeding established service level agreements (SLAs). Monitor and report on team performance, providing regular feedback to team members and implementing corrective measures when necessary to achieve performance targets. Collaborate with other IT teams and stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives to enhance service delivery. Handle escalations as required. Requirements: 2+ Years experience in a Technical Support Lead role with 4+ years in a non-lead technical role, preferably within an ITIL-based environment. Strong technical knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, and common desktop and mobile hardware/software. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
