Global organisation with offices based in Dublin city centre is seeking a Senior Analyst - Finance Analyst, Reporting Analyst / Data Analyst to assist the Global Properties & Real Estate Assets Group.
Role includes:
* Finance & data analytics activities across all areas of the Real Estate (RE) Assets
* Consolidate and maintain relevant data and costs
* Manage Property Lease administration data warehouse
* Assist team with Property Portfolio management, budget planning and cost management
* Regular & ad hoc analysis & reporting outputs
* Proactive analysis of the RE portfolio & related projects to identify status, potential risks & opportunities across international regions
* Ad-hoc data, finance & project support
* Providing regular KPI & status reports to Senior Management on Capex & Opex spending
* Support implementation of tool enhancements & other systems improvement programs
Expertise required:
* 3+ years' experience in financial analysis & reporting, preferably in a multinational, matrixed organisation
* Excellent financial Analysis, data analysis, analytics skills
* Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
* Tools expertise: Excel, Tableau and Ms Office
Any VBA or Macros advantageous
Location: Dublin City Centre
Hybrid Environment: 3 days per week in office, 2 remote working days
Contract Duration : 12 months
Daily Rate : €350-375 per day or will consider FTC either
You MUST be based in Dublin or within a reasonable daily commute of Dublin City centre office location to be eligible for the Hybrid work policy in place. No exceptions.
