Responsibilities

- Work with other Product Owners to oversee the development of corporate website and apps.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholder and external design agencies to ensure consistent UX guidelines are being met: From customer journey mapping, prototyping, wireframing, testing etc
- Liaising with stakeholders in the digital team to help balance on priorities and workload.
- Ensuring consistency of UX across all sites / apps for users

 
Requirements

- 2+ years experience working in a similar role managing internal stakeholders and external design agencies.
- Strong knowledge of UX best-practice
- Understanding user behaviour and the entire end to end customer journey.
- Experience in Google Analytics, User Testing, Quality Testing (of code), Conversion Rate Optimisation.
- Knowledge of digital marketing (Google Analytics, User Testing, Conversion Rate Optimisation)
