As the Senior Automation Test Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing cutting-edge automation solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain automation test frameworks using commercial or open-source tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation needs and design tailored solutions.
- Create automation test cases based on functional test assets.
- Debug application defects and ensure reliable test execution.
- Generate detailed reports and provide clear documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities for further automation and efficiency improvements.
- Communicate the benefits of automation to clients through cost benefit analysis.
- Manage resources and provide mentorship to junior team members.
- Work independently to deliver high-quality automation deliverables.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements:

- 5 years of experience in automation testing, including unit/integration testing.
- Strong proficiency in automation tools and frameworks.
- Extensive knowledge of Ruby, Python, and Rspec languages.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and efficiently within a team.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with TOSCA and/or SAP.
- Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM/QC, MS TM) is preferred.
