SAP CRM consultant required for a global IT services company. You will converge business requirements in a timely manner while sustaining high quality of service. This a golden opportunity to join a renowned company in Ireland, that offer ongoing training and huge potential for career development.

This is a hybrid role, 2 days a week onsite based in Dublin. 
Role:

- Recommend possible process improvement opportunities through CRM 7.
- Work closely with ABAP team throughout building stage.
- Troubleshoot and solve complex IT problems
- Liaise with delivery leads and architects to manage risks.

What we need:

- 6+ years experience in similar role
- Strong track record in contract management, sales and campaigns in CRM 7.
- Extensive experience in complex CRM 7/ISU projects with good leadership skills.

- Skilled in the below areas:

- ABAP debugging skills.
- OpenText Streamserve
- Testing (HP Quality Centre 11.0 Enterprise)

- Proficient in BSP configuration and design
