Role

- Working with your team to provide end-user IT support & resolving issues where possible
- Explore user requirements & practices
- Automate or improve application functionality
- Carry out any other duties appropriate with the purpose of the role

Requirements

- BSc in IT
- 3+ years’ experience in technical support role
- Strong technical skills in testing, design and support
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Hunger to learn and works well in a team
