We have an exciting opportunity for an Infrastructure Engineer to work with a leading brand in Dublin.
Our client has embarked on a digital transformation programme and has an opportunity for an Infrastructure professional to help in the operations team.
This successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Working with all key stakeholders and vendors throughout the programme
- Managing the risk and governance of the project
- Key role in the delivery of the transformation and change programme
- Ability to manage the Audit and work with the governance team
- Leading role in all process improvements for the infrastructure team
- Working on the Virtual Desktop Infrastructure for the brand
- Managing all of the Virtual Desktop requests and maintaining high standards
The successful candidate will have the following skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in an Infrastructure role
- Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Strong experience in a multi-vendor managed service environment
- Proven track record in a Virtual Desktop Environment
- VM Ware, Windows, Linux, OpenStack tooling experience
- Experience across SAN, monitoring tools and CMDB
