Senior Data Solution Architect

My client, a leading banking institution, is looking for an experienced Senior Data Solutions Architect to join their Data team. They are seeking someone to be a part of their Digital Transformation journey, ideally coming from a banking or Financial Services background. This would suit an experienced Data Architect looking to broaden their critical thinking experience, with exposure to diverse technologies, all through an agile environment. The Senior Data Solutions Architect will take the lead on the delivery from a Data Design perspective. This role will work off a hybrid approach to working, with 2 days onsite in their Dublin City Centre offices.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver effective solution designs, that meets the business needs within EDW and EDL platforms
- Contribute to the data architecture roadmap and strategy
- Provide key contributions to solution planning
- Work with the business to refine data requirements
- Break down solutions to support the delivery lead

Requirements

- 5+ years Solutions Architect experience, designing solutions for EDW / EDL projects
- Experienced in designing solutions for large-scale data lake projects
- Experience with Data Modelling
- Industry knowledge of Informatica and Data Architecture principles
- Cloud qualifications such as AWS, Azure are highly desirable
