As the team are expanding globally, they are looking for a Senior UX designer to join their team in a newly created senior role. This Senior UX Designer position will be brought on board to drive innovation across UX and your ability to implement fresh and exclusive  user-centred design will be the catalyst to your further success as the company grow.

As UX Designer, you will join a team of experts in Virtual Reality and digital technology, and you will be at the forefront of an evolving digital world. This company are planning to grow two-fold in the next 18months and joining now will give you a clear path of progression in an expanding business.
 
Responsibilities
 

- Collaborate with the business to consistently improve the user experience on the software platform
- End to end ownership of the UX process
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to gather business/client insights
- Transform business requirements into clear design documents
- Facilitation of design workshops to gather UX goals
- Collaborate with other UI and UX designers
- Implement new and improved design

Requirements

- At least 5 years of experience working in a UX discipline in a Software Development Environment.
- Experience working on live software as a service (SaaS) platforms.  
- A bachelor’s degree (or higher) in UX design, Interaction Design, Product Design or equivalent is preferable.
- Have a portfolio of work that is based on real projects you’ve delivered.
- Experience leading and participating in UX workshops and feedback sessions.
- Experience creating cross platform (Mobile, PC) software.  
- Experience working in agile environments using Scrum / Kanban.  
- Experience designing software and/or games for Virtual Reality market segment. (Not essential)
