An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Delivery manager to join a leading ERP transformation company as they expand their team– you will be a brand new addition to this continuously growing team of technical consultants.
You as Service Delivery Manager will join the division Director and focus on achieving Service Level Agreement compliance with both internal and external clients. As the organisation are specialists in Oracle JDE, you will be seen as a specialist in this area and knowledge of JDE will be a distinct advantage.

You’ll be involved in strategic conversations about the business direction and how to improve operations internally while owning key relationships with clients, ensuring continuous development across the team and carving a career path for yourself within the business

This role will suit a self-starter who is looking to join a team where they can grow into a director level role. As the business has relished in success over the last 2 years, the organisation want to invite talent that can continue to develop their client relationships and product implementation success. The business plans to double in the next 18months and you will play an integral role in shaping the future of the business, developing strategic roadmaps and working with the C-Suite to ensure continued success in the organization.

Responsibilities:

- Working with specialist technical teams and customers to resource, plan and achieve Technical Service requests with SLA
- Champion JDE and other ERP products
- Process Improvement and Innovation to include
- Identify and drive process improvements actions through to completion
- Managing Process Innovation and rollout for the Technical Teams
- Identifying and keeping engaged with industry best practices to ensure the organisation can apply Best in Class standards
- Ensure regulatory compliance as applicable

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience;
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in a Technical Oracle JDE / Cloud technology delivery role (AWS, Azure or Oracle Cloud)
- Some experience of positioning IaaS and PaaS offerings, ideally with Oracle or similar technologies is advantageous
