We are seeking an experienced product owner to lead the charge on this mission. The ideal candidate will have big ideas and strategies that foster an environment of collaboration and creativity. This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and real-world experience distilling business value and goals into roadmaps and refined product backlogs. Most importantly, you will be integral to helping us build better products that our engineering teams love to use.

• Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
• Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they are clearly understood by the development teams.
• Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategy
• Actively mitigate roadblocks impacting successful team completion of release/sprint goals
• Lead the product-release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities
• Serve as the product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions related to the product

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Essential:

• Experience in software development utilizing industry standard design patterns.
• Proficient in the analysis and implementation of customer requirements, product backlog and product vision.
• Demonstrated experience with test automation (test case management, script management, best practices).
• Strong experience with HIL test environments (obsolescence management, operations, maintenance).
• Demonstrated experience with test techniques (Keyword driven, Behaviour driven, Gherkin).
• Continuous integration and deployment with exposure to source code management tools such as Git and CI/CD.
• Committed team player, self-motivated, flexibility, with strong social skills.
• Capable of working as a great teammate or independently.
• Exposure in the Software Development Life Cycle, V-Model, Agile
• Proficient in problem solving and debugging.

Desirable:

• Experience with SIL and MIL test environments.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and associated tools such as Jira, confluence
• Background with Ubuntu/Linux operating systems for cloud server applications.
