Adecco Public Sector's healthcare client in Northern Ireland requires an IT Business Change Analyst for an initial 3-6 month contract. The role is to start ASAP and rates are fully negotiable and will fall outside of IR35. Whilst the client is based in Northern Ireland, the majority of the requirements can be delivered remotely and only very occasional onsite requirements for face-to-face meetings will be required, for which expenses will be fully paid. Our client is embarking on a large-scale programme to implement a new integrated digital care record. There are currently a large number of different IT systems used for various requirements throughout a patient's pathway, which can be difficult to integrate and interface together. Therefore, a modernised and purposefully built new electronic patient record system is to be implemented to replace this suite of aged and disparate systems. This new system will make the provision of healthcare services quicker and faster for patients, will make the identification of health trends and performance accessible via live management information across all health settings and will also provide a much smoother and modernised experience for both patients and clinical staff. To support this on-going programme, our client requires the services of an IT Business Change Analyst to support the provision of digital change via requirements gathering, process mapping, workshop facilitation, change facilitation and user engagement sessions. There will be a large amount of stakeholder engagement and meetings with clinical and corporate healthcare staff, so strong communication skills are key. In order to be considered, candidates will ideally have a background in IT business change on digital care record focused programmes. You will be experienced in large-scale organisational change and have a strong knowledge of change management methodology and principles.
