My client in Dublin city centre have requested someone to join their fantastic team of IT Support Professionals. This is a great opportunity for anyone with 2+ years' experience in support who are ready to take on a new challenge.
Primary Tasks:
* Good communication skills both written and verbally with team & supervisor.
* Oversee daily tasks and ensure tickets are being effectively managed and triaged efficiently.
* Escalate issues to the relevant specialists should that be required.
* Windows Operating Systems knowledge, Office 365 support, Active Directory.
* Maintain call records in service desk systems.
* Report to the IT Manager.
