IT Support Field Technician

Daily Rate: 200-220

Type: Contract (6 months, possibility of extension)

Location: Dublin

Start: ASAP

Desired Skills:

Field engineer, Server Support, Hardware Support

* 3+ Years in a Field Service Role.
* Responsible for working through tickets & carrying out the relevant works required. This will vary between onsite work and remote work with clients.
* Ensure the highest level of client satisfaction and service delivery.
* Take part in team meeting discussing recommendations or improvements where needed.
* Be efficient in report writing in regards to audits, completed jobs and communicate them with the relevant bodies.
* Experience in Office 365, Active Directory, Windows Server, Hyper V, LAN & WAN.
* Full Clean Drivers Licence.
