TalentScope Recruitment Solutions, on behalf of our client is seeking an immediate resource to start in a 12-18 month Fixed Term contract in Dublin City Centre.
You should have at least 1 year of IT Support skills either in-house or within managed services and be capable of supporting end-users. Experience should be recent and candidates must have experience using a Service Desk/Helpdesk System (CRM) for logging tickets.
Training will be provided on internal systems but basic experience starting the role should include
*Microsoft Technologies expertise
*Ticketing System expertise
*Helpful/proactive support to end users
*Minimum of 1 years IT Support expertise - this means work experience in a job - not just academic.
Windows 10,
MS Office.
Google Workspace (Google mail, drive, calendar, contacts etc.)
Anti-virus & Anti-Spyware software VPN
Active directory user administration
Cisco Call Manager & Cisco Unity administration
Wireless connectivity
General support Knowledge of hardware:
Windows 10 device troubleshooting, enrollment and re-enrollment
Mobile & Smartphone devices – iOS operating system
Printers/Scanners/Faxes (MFDs)
IP Telephony Peripherals (keyboards, mice, monitors, docking stations)
Personal qualities:
Fluent English (verbal and written)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical/troubleshooting capabilities
Reliable, flexible and professional Ability to multi-task and respond to changing priorities
Ability to refer and escalate issues using initiative and discretion
Consistent and accurate approach
Plan own work and meet deadline
