I am currently working with a large global financial organisation who are seeking a Senior Java Engineer to join their team on an exciting and innovative cards management project. This is a long term contract, and can extend over 24 months.

My client are based in Dublin and are offering initial remote working. You must be a resident of Ireland to apply due to contractual reasons.

Responsibiltiies:

* Working with an established team to deliver a high standard of code
* Liaising with various stakeholders to ensure that business requirements are met
* Turn business requirements into technical specifications

Skill set required:

* 5+ years of Software Development in Java
* Strong back end / API development experience
* Spring / Dropwizard Experience
* Strong CI/CD experience
* Good knowledge of Linux/ Unix
* Experience with Javascript, React or Angular
* Experience of financial services transaction processing preferable
