IT Support Technician
The Role:
* Monitor Dashboards of critical systems & investigate outlying issues from dashboards and logs
* Log opportunities for improvement
* Monitor notices and alerts from Online.net, AWS, Azure, Zabix.
* Identify and find the solution to any support issues
* Escalate when required and manage escalation through to completion
* Logging of all updates
* Check daily backups & maintain audit trail of backup checks
* Support Office 365 - Outlook, Teams, Azure Active Directory
* Support Finance and Customer Private cloud
* Support Internal IT Issues
Skills Required:
* 2+ years experience in a similar role and environment
* Previous track record & competence in "Networking" including TCP/IP - Full understanding of IP routing, ports and NAT. Firewall rules - basic understanding of how firewall rules operate
* Good working knowledge of Office 365
* Confident communicator - ability to communicate effectively and proactively to all levels throughout the organisations
* Fluent English speaker
* Proven working knowledge of Private Cloud - installing windows serve, configuring active directory, RDS, windows Firewall and group policy required
* Good Security awareness and experience required
