Senior DevOps Engineer - AWS

Reperio have an exciting role available on behalf of one of our clients for a Senior DevOps Engineer who is looking to push more into the Cloud Architecture space. This is an AWS focused role, and you will be spinning up different solutions for customers in an "Innovation Lab" environment.

This role is a 12 Month rolling contract, which is paying market rates and has s long history of contractor tenure within the team.

Your role

We are keen to speak with Strong AWS professionals with an Developer, or Infrastructure background, as both sets of skills can be heavily utilized, and you will have the opportunity to showcase these skills with the clients, as well as learn some new practices. You will be:

* Delivering robust and scalable cloud platforms that enable teams to deliver cloud-based, digital solutions
* Supporting Developers in their understanding of Cloud Transformation, and aiding the smooth process or Containerising and Migrating legacy codes to state of the art solutions
* Collaborate to solve complex environment and issues
* Spin up innovative Cloud and Kubernetes solutions to aid clients on their journey

Your professional experience

We are looking for candidates who are able to demonstrate skills and experience in some of the following:

Technical skills including the following:

* Demonstrated experience with AWS technologies and services
* Strong understanding on the SDLC
* DevOps philosophies and toolchains such as continuous integration, testing and delivery
* Knowledge of Container technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)
* Strong experience with IT Infrastructure or Software Development.
* Ability to problem solve, explain and deliver solutions to client problems
* Ability and experience working within a client-facing environment
