The role will involve taking an assessment of the businesses processes and project managing a change of processes to eliminate nonvalue waste from their operations.

Required Experience

* Lean 6 sigma belt with experience embedding the lean process into the organisation
* Working with businesses to identify answers and work out best change
* Successful stakeholder management
* Good knowledge of financial services industry an advantage
