TalentScope Recruitment Solutions, on behalf of our client (IT Managed Services Provider) in North West Dublin, is hiring for an IT Support Engineer with 4-5 years previous IT Support experience within the IT Managed Services Sector.
Your role will be providing remote and onsite support to customers, helping with daily technical issues, providing helpdesk support, telephone support and occasionally onsite support. Candidates with their own transport and full drivers license preferred.
Skills to Include the following experience.
*4-5 Years of IT Support skills to users/non-technical staff (Candidates without any previous experience cannot be considered) - this is essential to the role.
*Email support/Exchange on-premise/Cloud/Hybrid
*PC/Desktop Support skills
*Basic Networking knowledge - Networking protocols/TCP/IP
*Excellent Communication skills - verbal & written
*Ability to deal with technical and non-technical users
*Service Desk/Helpdesk Ticketing Systems expertise
*Virtualisation - HyperV or VMWare expertise
*Deployment of Windows 10 to Desktops/Laptops

Candidates must be fully eligible at present to work in Ireland (EU Citizen or current Stamp 4 Work Permit holder). This job will be 70% based in the client's head office and 30% will be customer facing.
