Aspira are currently seeking a PMO Consultant to work on a global project for a multinational organization based in Cork.

This is a 6 months’ contract, remote initially, with 2 – 3 days on-site presence in the Cork office required post-restrictions.

Role

The PMO Consultant will be responsible for rolling out a PMO process globally.

The role will involve redesigning and creating new PMO processes and procedures, and ensuring robust governance is in place.

This will include aligning existing processes across different departments, developing a consistent approach, identifying and deploying standard tools, best practices, reporting structures and systems.

The global PMO community will be involved through a collaborative approach and strong stakeholder management.

Requirements

·        Degree in Business, BIS, Engineering, or equivalent

·        At least 7 years’ experience in Project Management and PMO

·        A relevant PM qualification (e.g. PMP, Diploma in Project Management, …)

·        Working knowledge and experience with the PMI PMBOK method

·        Strong Senior Stakeholder Management

·        Previous experience with PMO tools (e.g. Clarity PPM, Sensei, Planisware, …)
