Aspira is currently looking for an Agile Coach to join us on a full time contract in January 2022 in Dublin.

Initially for 3 months, the role is to be extended for a significant amount of time.

Requirements: Skills & Knowledge

• Very Strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban.

• Experience as a Scrum master and Agile coach.

• Excellent Knowledge of agile software development.

• Strong communication and leadership qualities. 

• Excellent Interpersonal skills and patience and problem- solving skills.

• Strong written and oral communication skills.

• Ability to manage and work with large teams.

• Knowledge/experience of all project delivery methodologies, focusing on the differences/similarities between them and the Agile development model.
