L2 IT Team Lead
This role is a permanent position with PFH and will work onsite with one of our pharmaceutical clients in Dublin City.
Responsibilities may include, but are not restricted to:
* Act as point of contact for L2 team.
* Lead a team of IT support Engineers providing L2 support.
* Manage case volumes, backlogs & escalation point of contact.
* Working with the team to resolve open cases.
* Assist with seamless delivery of support services, lead & motivate others, ensure highest of quality standards while also ensuring excellent customer service.
* Ensuring all procedures, workflows & policies are followed
Experience:
* 2-3 years' experience in an IT environment preferably in Windows 10 installations. Demonstrate good problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills
* Previous team lead experience is highly desirable.
* Excellent customer service skills with an ability to empathise with users and help them adapt to their new technologies. User experience is key for this project
* Must demonstrate experience of having an excellent working knowledge of the full Microsoft Office suite and report writing.
* Demonstrate evidence of production of quality deliverables

Education
* Third Level Education Qualification is preferable.
