DevOps Engineer

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to take their DevOps career to the next level. My client are a hugely successful online business who are expanding their DevOps team and looking for a mid-level engineer who's looking to take on more responsibility and get the chance to work hands on with tools like Terraform and Kubernetes.

You'll be working directly with development teams and be given some excellent training as well as being mentored by a number of highly experienced DevOps engineers. You'll also be given the responsibility for big projects and the freedom to bring new ideas to the table. Opinions are valued on this team and whilst a lot of the role will be Ops focused, there will be really exciting projects to get your teeth into.

Desired Technical Skills:

* 2-3 years hands on DevOps or operations engineering experience
* Excellent troubleshooting and support skills
* Experience in a LAMP environment
* Experience with config management tools (chef ideally)
* AWS experience
* Hands on experience with Jenkins
* Strong scripting experience - Python/Bash/Powershell
* Knowledge of Terraform, Docker and Kubernetes would be a big bonus
* Networking experience
