Data Analytics Manager

You will be managing a small team, focused on customer lifetime value and customer analytics. You will work within the wider analytics team as well as collaborating across mobile apps, product and experiences teams.

You will be a core part of decision making within the company, using an extensive range of resources and tols, as well as working alongside an amazingly supportive and ambitious team. You will focus on customer predictive analytics to ensure data-driven customer-focused decision making within the company. You will report to senior management and collaborate on a range of cutting-edge projects, putting you at the core of key business decisions.

Experience Needed

* 5+ years' experience in an analytical role, preferably in a digital/e-commerce business
* 2+ years' experience leading a team or similar senior mentorship
* Data/statistical modelling expertise
* Strong experience working with R or Python
* Strong business acumen
* Proven ability to manage large quantities to data
* Excellent Attention to detail
* Experience working with senior management and liaising with a range of teams across the business
* Excellent communication skills
* Desire to learn and drive new technologies and best practises.
* Creative problem-solving skills
