TalentScope Recruitment Solutions, on behalf of our client in Dublin, is seeking application for a Level 1 Service Desk role (Permanent).

Your duties will be to resolve Level 1 technical tickets relating to general IT and Mobile Support  (MDM) applications.

Experience Required.

*6 months to 12 months (recent) in a Service Desk or Level 1 Role.

*Experience of using a ticketing systems to log, track and escalate technical tickets.

*Good Basic IT knowledge and Troubleshooting expertise (Windows/O365)

*Active Directory Experience

*Excellent Communication skills - written and verabl.

*Fluency in English essential.

Shift patter and on-call work will apply in this role. Further details provided on application.
