About the Job
An incredible opportunity for a Head of the Product role to work on a product with purpose, strong vision, high impact and to help connect people both in-person and online
The Head of Product will be the primary driver for the product vision for Consumer Experience product lines including online, kiosk and payments solutions. It is a hands-on role where you will be expected to lead a team of product managers and also work directly with one of the individual product teams to deliver products for our clients and end-users.
Responsibilities
• Define the overall product vison and strategy
• Build, manage and maintain the product roadmap
• Develop and implement product strategies across Data & Insights
• Collaborate closely with product marketing and the business development team
• Use data and customer feedback to ensure the best decisions around the product
• Development of new products to meet the needs of our clients and advisers
• Drive financial performance through regularly analyzing sales performance & product trends and reacting accordingly
About You
• You will be a Head of Product or Director of Product with a strong track record in helping companies achieve success
• You will have worked mobile product in a B2C environment.
• You have a strong ambition to work with a startup and create a team around you.
• You understand that you will be wearing many hats.
• You have directly managed Product, Design and engineering and understand was is desirable, feasible and achievable.
• You have worked for a well-recognised brand that has an office in Australia or the US.
• You have a passion for creating a product in the health and wellness space.
• You want to learn from industry leaders and help take this company to be incredibly successful.
