IT Support Technician

6-12 Month Contract

Dublin

Two roles have been made available with a leading Irish IT Security company based in Dublin. This is a client facing role and candidate with have the opportunity to work with some world leading clients!

Responsibilities:

* Provide Level 1 problem solving and troubleshooting for various systems & Networks
* Escalate issues to Level 2-3 Engineers
* Operate within the required SLA's agreed with the client
* Provide technical advice to end user's over the phone and f2f

Requirements:

* 2 years' experience in an IT role - Ideally client facing
* Basic understating of networks and network protocols
* Experience with Windows, Active Directory, Office 365
* ITIL Certification would be ideal
