Staff Software Engineer needed for a global SAAS company (best places to work in Ireland) to lead, mentor and drive innovation within a team of 8 people.. We need engineer first and foremost, someone who has delivered mission critical software and who understands how the agile dev lifecycle operates. You'll be working across the full software stack (high availablity, lots of instances/users) backend, frontend, and at least an apprecatiation for what goes on in testing and ops.

You'll be rewarded with one of the best salary/benefits packages available in Ireland which includes stock/RSUs, health/dental insurance etc.

You'll have:

* 8+ years' Software Development experience.
* A strong Java background.
* Strong frontend experience with any JS framework (React would be an added bonus).
* Lead/design experience and extremely strong interpersonal skills.
* A creative, curious mindset.
* Strong communicator, happy to voice opinions.
