We are assisting our client in identifying an experienced Inside Sales Executive to interact with both direct end-user customers, reseller and distributor partners to qualify, develop and close opportunities in the commercial sales pipeline in UK & Ireland.
In this role, you will receive a practical induction with a personal mentor which will consist of trainings and workshops for sales as well as e-learning modules. You will have the opportunity to work in an international environment with excellent career opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Solutions Sales in the commercial sector customer environment (B2B)
- Acquisition of new customers including negotiation of conditions and conclusion of contracts
- Qualification and development of end customer leads, closure of opportunities
- Maintaining contact with existing customers in order to create upgrade opportunities, sell support renewal contracts and further sales into their environment
- Presentation of the solutions in person via telephone and web conference
- Efficient planning and pipeline management including daily maintenance of the CRM syste
- Accurate data entry into Salesforce.com
Requirements
- 2 years’ experience in an inside sales role within the high-tech industry
- Successfully completed commercial or technical studies, preferably in the IT field
- Experience and proven track record in the acquisition of new customers
- Experience and proven track record in the upgrading and expansion of existing customers
- Hunter-mentality as well as desire to acquire new customers
- Distinct communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work both independently and as a team player on complex tasks while meeting deadlines
Travel/Physical Demands
- This position requires up to 5% travel
