Field Service Support Engineer - L2
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving local business who are constantly expanding to keep up with huge demand for their services. They provide support for over 70 organisations throughout Ireland and that number is only continuing to rise.
As a result of this success they're looking to add another experienced desktop support engineer to their field service engineering team. You'll need to be an experienced L2 desktop support engineer supporting Windows and VMware but ultimately the key to this role will be your customer facing experience. My client are looking for a strong engineer who's comfortable working on-site with customers and being able to think on their feet and solve issues in real time.
Technical Skills Required:
* 2+ years Level 2 desktop support experience
* Experience support windows 7 and 10
* VMware support
* Office 365
* Experience supporting Sharepoint and Teams
* Network and Firewall support experience
* Excellent troubleshooting skills
* Strong customer facing experience
A driving licence is required for this role but my client can provide a vehicle.
