Aspira are currently seeking experienced Helpdesk Support professionals at to work for a large client in Dublin city centre. The ideally candidate will have a minimum of 4 / 6 years’ experience at an intermediate level.
The contract is for 12 months with a view to a further 12 month extension.
The role will initially be offered remotely but will eventually be based on site in Dublin, with a view to travel to other offices for support as required.
Experience required in Helpdesk Support includes:
- Microsoft Office 2010, 2013, 2016 and 2019, and Office 365.
- Windows Server 2008 / 2012 / 2016.
- MS Exchange Server.
- Active Directory.
- Video Conferencing (for example Starleaf).
- Fixed and Mobile Telephony, Mobile Device Management Systems – iPhones & Android.
- PC Support.
- Skype for Business.
- Windows 10 operating system.
- Remote monitoring software (for example SCOM, Nagios, Solar Winds, PRTG)
- Virtualisation products (for example VMWare).
- Fluent in the spoken and written English language.
- An academic qualification and/or a professional certification which is equivalent to NFQ Level 4 (or higher) and is relevant to the role of Helpdesk Support.
Or:
- A professional certification or an academic qualification, but its preference is for a professional certification. Professional certifications may include, but are not limited to: Comptia A+ & N+ certifications, Microsoft MCSA certification, Microsoft MCSE certification.
