I am partnering with a prestigious employer that is recruiting for a Technical Field Engineer to work with a variety of clients in the Waterford and Kilkenny area.

Some of your responsibilities will include;

* Ensure service is available to meet SLA requirements
* Solving a variety of IT Service issues across a portfolio of clients
* Resolution of client issues in a timely, friendly manner
* Excellent communication skills, a client-centric approach to problem resolution

You will have the following experience;

* Proven track record in a similar role
* Excellent Communication/Client facing skills
* Technologies such as; Cisco switching, VLAN, Routing, Firewall support, Active Directory. MS Windows and MS server support, MS Exchange, VOIP, SIP.
* Any of the following certifications; MCSA, MCITP, CCNA, CCDA, CCVP, VCP, Fortinet NSE.
* Full Irish Drivers License
