This is a nice one.. potential to progress into a leadership role, ideally we need someone who enjoys mentoring devs and has ambitions to progress into a technical lead. You'll work in a core team of 10 (they're a good bunch) who are building a SAAS product on AWS, and continue to research new technologies (time set aside for that). This is ideal for someone who would fit into a collaborative, flexible and highly technical working environment that still has a start-up feel to it.

They are open to working mainly remotely, but you'll need to be based in Ireland.

Criteria:

* A seasoned Senior Software Engineer (6+ years), experienced working in Java environments.
* Ideally experienced deploying in the cloud.
* Microservices experience.
* An interest in tech trends and an eagerness to explore new tech.
* Ambitious and extremely adaptable.
* Extensive experience in an agile environment.
* Strong interpersonal/communication skills.
