Desired Skill Requirements:

- Previous experience providing enterprise level Remote and Onsite Server and Infrastructure support and maintenance.
- Enterprise VMware and/or Hyper-V management.
- Enterprise Active Directory and/or Azure management
- Excellent Server and Network hardware replacement, maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Enterprise level Windows Server setup, support and maintenance.
- Server and Infrastructure health checks and monitoring
- Warranty management with 3rd party vendors
- Enterprise Application Support
- Microsoft Exchange, Exchange Online and Office 365
- System Centre SCCM & SCOM
- Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT)
- PowerShell & scripting
- Mobile Device Management (MDM)
- Enterprise backup systems like: Veeam, Backup Exec, CommVault, etc.
- Enterprise security: Antivirus, Mail protection, network security etc.
- Remote management
- Enterprise IM/UC Management (Microsoft Teams for example)
- Microsoft certification to MCSA level or further
- VMware virtualised infrastructure certification
- A qualification within a formalised model of IT service delivery, such as ITIL, or equivalent

 
Experience with the following skills would be a bonus:

- Citrix
- Virtual Desktop management, VDI
- Network device administration
- Linux
- SQL 
- IIS
- SharePoint
