Job Title: QA Automated Test Engineer

About the Role:

QA Automation Tester responsible for quality assurance of customer facing and back office web applications.

You will lead the QA Automation testing for individual projects and functional automation requirements. This is primarily an automation testing position with but will include some manual testing.

Duties include:

* Set up automation tools and framework
* Automation test planning
* Design, write and execute automation test scripts
* Test tool management (configuration, debugging and maintenance)
* Exploratory and ad hoc testing
* Regression testing
* Testing at both UI and database level

You will collaborate remotely with developers and business stakeholders to define the scope of user stories, including specifications of how they will be tested.

The successful candidate will have good organisational skills, be proactive in identifying areas that need to be tested and prioritise based on risk.

Skills / Experience Required:

* 3+ years QA Automation Testing
* Experience testing web applications

* Experience in ad hoc and exploratory testing
* Experience in defining test plans
* Experience in programming languages such as Python and Java

* Great communication with an attention to detail
