Skills / experience:
– Excellent knowledge of Cisco / 3Com routers and switches
– Excellent LAN / WAN management and administration experience
– Excellent knowledge of Cisco / Juniper firewalls and network security
– Excellent telecoms knowledge – Cisco Call Manager, Ericsson PABX, Nice Call recording solutions
– Excellent knowledge of VoIP, QoS, TCP/IP, IP encryption, DNS
