Software Sales manager

DOE + uncapped commission

TEKenable is an international software development company that provides cloud computing solutions, consultancy, software development and support to organisations of all sizes in the public and private sector.

Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new business opportunities across Ireland. This is a revenue generating position with a sales quota and can represent not only a fast track but also long term growth and opportunity for the right overachieving person!

Responsibilities:

• Sell bespoke software solutions to a variety of prospects across diverse business sectors. (SME, Corporate and Government companies);
• Create new business partnership opportunities;
• Project manage the delivery of solutions and liaise with internal stakeholders;
• Take responsibility for the full sales life cycle, sales strategy for the territory;
• Achieve and exceed all targets assigned.

Requirements:

• Must have an absolute track record of selling bespoke IT Solutions;
• Technical experience is essential to help closely manage potential clients, identify their needs and propose solutions;

• Highly motivated, with a proven ability to work within a challenging and dynamic work environment;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team at any level;
• Excellent oral/written communication, planning, project management, networking skills;
• Ability to work on multiple assignments;
• Strong commitment to professional and client service excellence.

Salary basic DOE + uncapped commission
